Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized, we can only accept returns/exchanges under specific conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange if:

You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Customized or personalized products.

Minor variations in color/shape, as these are part of the charm of handmade products.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Email us atabodelivingindia with your order number, reason, and product images.

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return.

Refunds:

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the product back.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
